About The Position
Cane Rosso at Hillcrest Village is looking for fun, outgoing, guest-obsessed Servers to join their crew. The ideal candidate will bring personality and hustle, and will be responsible for delivering warm, genuine hospitality, guiding guests through the menu, taking accurate orders, handling payments, and creating a fun, welcoming experience. The role emphasizes teamwork and a fast-paced, energetic environment.
Requirements
- Availability for nights and weekends
- TABC and Food Handler certification (or willingness to get certified)
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Someone who can hustle, multitask, and still deliver genuine hospitality
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, genuine hospitality from the first greeting to the last goodbye
- Guide guests through our menu, make recommendations, and hype up the pizza like a pro
- Take accurate food and drink orders and keep things moving during busy shifts
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and fellow servers to keep service smooth
- Handle payments, side work, and tables with efficiency and attention to detail
- Create a fun, welcoming experience that keeps guests coming back for more
