Nice To Haves
- Previous pizza, line cook, or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas and menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
- Stretch dough, build pizzas, and maintain consistent portioning and presentation
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Cook and prepare food on multiple kitchen stations as needed
- Set up, stock, and maintain your station throughout each shift
- Ensure every plate and pizza leaves the kitchen with accuracy and pride
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team during busy service
- Assist with prep, stocking, receiving deliveries, and cleaning duties
- Support teammates wherever needed because great kitchens succeed together
