About The Position
Servers provide hospitable, customized service to Chili’s Guests, help create a welcoming experience, and contribute to Guest satisfaction. The role involves learning the menu, completing opening and closing duties, and collaborating with other Team Members. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and must meet the minimum age requirement of 18. Prior experience is a plus. The position offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule.
