About The Position

Servers at Chili's provide Guests with food and drinks alongside hospitable, customized service. They learn the menu, explain offerings, complete opening and closing duties, work with Team Members to support Guest satisfaction, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Applicants should enjoy providing great service and making Guests feel special. Prior experience is a plus, and the minimum age requirement is 18.
