About The Position
Cane Rosso in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking an outgoing, guest-focused Server to provide warm hospitality in a fast-paced restaurant. The Server guides guests through the menu, takes food and drink orders, coordinates with the kitchen, bar, and other servers, and handles payments, side work, and tables efficiently. The role focuses on creating a fun, welcoming guest experience and working collaboratively with the team.
Requirements
- Availability to work nights and weekends.
- TABC and Food Handler certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
- Ability to hustle and multitask while providing genuine hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide genuine hospitality throughout their visit.
- Explain the menu, make recommendations, and promote the restaurant’s pizza.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and maintain service flow during busy shifts.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and fellow servers to support smooth service.
- Handle payments, side work, and tables efficiently and attentively.
- Create a fun, welcoming experience that encourages guests to return.
