About The Position

Cane Rosso in Carrollton is hiring Hosts and To-Go team members to help create a welcoming guest experience and support front-of-house operations. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and a positive attitude.
• Manage seating, reservations, and waitlists using OpenTable Guest Center.
• Communicate with servers, bartenders, and managers to keep restaurant service flowing.
• Answer phones promptly and assist guests with questions.
• Take and organize to-go orders accurately.
• Keep the host stand organized and prepared for each shift.
• Anticipate guest needs and help teammates as needed.
• Help ensure guests have a positive experience from arrival through departure.
