About The Position

Cane Rosso is hiring an Expo to coordinate the flow of food from the kitchen to the dining room. The role owns the pass, keeps tickets moving, and ensures each order is accurate, well-presented, and ready for guests. The Expo works closely with cooks and servers, supports food running during busy periods, and keeps the station clean, stocked, and prepared for the next rush. Quieter periods may be used to fold boxes and prepare supplies.

Requirements

• Sharp attention to detail and quick feet.
• Ability to stay focused when tickets are coming in quickly.
• Clear communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Pride in getting details right.
• Comfort speaking up when something needs fixing.
• Restaurant experience, especially expo experience, or willingness to learn.
• Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform a final quality check on each plate, confirming the order is correct, presentation is good, and finishing touches are complete.
• Cut, garnish, and plate pizzas carefully.
• Organize tickets and communicate clearly with cooks and servers.
• Catch mistakes and speak up before food leaves the kitchen.
• Run food and support the team during rush periods.
• Keep the station clean, stocked, and ready for service.
• Fold boxes, prepare supplies, and get ahead of the next rush during quieter periods.
