Requirements
- Sharp eyes and quick feet.
- Ability to stay focused during busy periods.
- Clear communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Pride in attention to detail.
- Comfort in speaking up when issues arise.
- Restaurant experience, particularly as an expo, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Possession of a Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain one.
Responsibilities
- Perform the final quality check on every plate, ensuring the correct order, excellent presentation, and all finishing touches are applied.
- Cut, garnish, and plate pizzas with care.
- Maintain organized tickets and communicate clearly with cooks and servers.
- Identify and address mistakes before food leaves the kitchen.
- Assist with running food and supporting the team during busy periods.
- Keep the expo station clean, stocked, and prepared for service.
- Utilize slower periods for tasks such as folding boxes, prepping supplies, and preparing for subsequent rushes.
