Requirements

• High-energy, resilient, and capable of handling the demands of running a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FOH & BOH teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and coaching.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure legendary guest experiences.
• Manage labor, food, beverage, and expenses effectively.
• Engage in marketing, advertising, and community partnerships to drive business.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure the restaurant is safe, secure, and compliant with health codes.
• Maintain the restaurant's cleanliness, functionality, and guest readiness.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing, benefits, and team development.
• Mentor and develop managers to foster leadership within the team.
