About The Position
Shamin Hotels is seeking a Server for the Sheraton Virginia Beach Oceanfront, specifically for the Solete & Cabanas locations. This is a seasonal position for lunch and dinner service, running through September 30th. The role involves providing attentive, friendly food and beverage service to guests, taking orders, delivering items, processing payments, and maintaining the service area. The ideal candidate values teamwork, takes ownership, and is passionate about serving guests with warmth and hospitality. Requirements
- Must be 18 or older (position serves alcohol)
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and move throughout an extended shift
Nice To Haves
- Prior serving experience preferred
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly food and beverage service to guests
- Take orders, deliver food and drinks, and process payments accurately
- Perform self-bussing, side work, and station setup/breakdown
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized service area
- Follow food-safety and responsible-alcohol-service standards
