Server 6:30am-2:30pm $15-19.50 (Part Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Summit located at 16100 Chenal Valley Drive, Little Rock, AR 72223. This is a part-time position with a pay range of $15 - $19.50 per hour. The shift schedule is Friday and Saturday from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. As a Server, you will be responsible for greeting residents, fostering a welcoming environment, preparing tables and salads, bussing tables, sweeping floors, and observing residents' dietary habits and appetite changes. We are looking for an individual with a positive and energetic attitude who loves our residents and is able to meet the physical demands of the role.
Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall
- Must be criminally cleared
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain
- Foster an environment where residents can connect
- Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware
- Bus tables
- Sweep floors
- Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals
