About The Position

The Lodge Server provides polished, attentive, and consistent food and beverage service to Three Forks Ranch guests. The role prepares dining areas, serves meals and beverages, anticipates guest needs, maintains a clean and organized service environment, and works closely with the culinary and lodge teams to ensure meals are executed professionally.

Ability to stand for extended periods and safely carry trays and service items.

Nice To Haves

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare dining rooms and service areas before each meal.
Set tables according to Three Forks Ranch standards.
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service.
Accurately communicate menus, ingredients, and meal details.
Serve food and beverages correctly and efficiently.
Monitor tables throughout service and anticipate guest needs.
Clear and reset tables promptly.
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked dining and service areas.
Follow opening, closing, side-work, and cleaning responsibilities.
Promptly communicate guest requests, dietary needs, and service concerns.
Assist with room service, special events, outdoor meals, and other lodge dining needs as assigned.
Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and communication at all times.
