About The Position
Servers at Chili’s provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service. The role includes learning the menu, performing opening and closing duties, collaborating with Team Members to support Guest satisfaction, and helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Applicants should enjoy providing great service and making Guests feel special. Prior experience is a plus, and applicants must be at least 18 years old. The position offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling. Servers must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements

- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
