About The Position

Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing a passion for beverages, food, and people. The role is suited to enthusiastic people who believe that great food goes hand in hand with great hospitality and who use their personality to connect with Guests and coworkers and make people feel special. Chili's primarily hires food runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles. The position offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the role is filled.

Requirements

Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities

Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
