Server 7am-2:30pm $15-19.75 (Part Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Pinnacle Groves located at 5522 W Northgate Rd, Rogers, AR 72758. This part-time position involves greeting residents, fostering a welcoming environment, preparing tables and salads, bussing tables, sweeping floors, and observing and reporting changes in residents' dietary habits or appetite. The role requires a positive and energetic attitude, the ability to communicate effectively in English, and physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. You will also assist residents with mobility and ensure a safe and clean dining environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Ability to assist persons after a fall.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
- Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain residents.
- Foster an environment where residents can connect.
- Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
- Bus tables.
- Sweep floors.
- Communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite.
- Report residents' absences from meals.
