About The Position

Provides guest service, resets table, cleans dining areas and assists Food and Beverage staff as needed. Sees to all of the needs of the dining guests by providing clearly superior customer service. Serves alcoholic beverages to guests.

Requirements

• One year of food handling experience necessary.
• Food handler’s card required.
• If 18, must be obtain a State of WA alcohol servers permit (TIPS card).
• Must be 16 years of age

Nice To Haves

• Some food preparation training helpful.
• Excellent customer service experience
• Understanding of food preparation, storage and safety
• Able to communicate well with both guests and employees
• Able to work well with others, cooperative and friendly

Responsibilities

• Sets and resets tables and keeps surrounding area clean and presentable, including cleaning menus, replenishing salt and pepper and other table items.
• Serves alcoholic beverages to guests
• Assist other staff as requested
