About The Position

Responsible for basic prep work behind the bar. This role involves stocking bars with necessary supplies, assisting bartenders during breaks, and maintaining inventory records. The position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work efficiently in a team, and to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment. Availability for all shifts is necessary, along with the ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a WV Racing License.

Requirements

• Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including bar equipment, POS, and cash register.
• Ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner.
• Ability to read, write and understand simple instructions.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stressful situations.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a WV Racing License.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stocking bars with liquor, beer, fruit, mixes, straws, napkins, ice, cleaning products and all other products required in the day to day operation of the bar.
• Assisting bartenders during their breaks.
• Keeping records of all inventory transfers.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
