About The Position

Allegro Living, the parent company of Allegro Management Company and Spring Arbor Management Company, is building a premier senior living platform. They are looking for friendly and dependable Servers to join their dining team at Alto Grayslake. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing great service and being part of a welcoming team environment.

Requirements

Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
Adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.
Food serving experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

Food Handler Certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
Approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
Label and date all food.
Other job duties as assigned.
