About The Position
40North/Villa Restaurant Group is a family-owned, multi-brand restaurant operator located in major airports and travel hubs nationwide. We’re hiring Servers to join our team at 4 Rivers Smokehouse inside Orlando International Airport. We are committed to delivering an exceptional experience every time through our Culinary and Hospitality Team.
Requirements
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)
- Must be able to obtain airport security clearance
- Must have valid ID and work authorization
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items and make recommendations
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean and organized
- Work closely with the team to provide a smooth dining experience
