About The Position

Villa Restaurant Group is a family-owned, multi-brand restaurant operator with locations in major airports and travel hubs nationwide. We are hiring Line & Prep Cooks to join our team at 4 Rivers Smokehouse inside Orlando International Airport. Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible availability (weekends & holidays)
• Must be able to obtain airport security clearance
• Must have valid ID and work authorization

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Execute orders quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment
• Assist with food prep (cutting, portioning, stocking)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations
