About The Position
Villa Restaurant Group is seeking dedicated Back of House Team Members to join our 4 Rivers Smokehouse team at Orlando International Airport! This role involves preparing and executing menu items to brand and quality standards, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in the kitchen, and supporting efficient kitchen operations in a high-volume environment. You will work closely with the team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and follow all health, safety, and company procedures.
