About The Position
The Adolphus hotel is seeking passionate individuals to join the iconic Rodeo Bar as Servers. This historic bar, reopening with a new menu and vibe, aims to blend "Texas grit and authenticity" with a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for food, local culture, and human connection, with the ability to solve problems diplomatically and create a memorable guest experience.
Requirements
- Guest-first mentality
- Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to carry food and drink trays
- Approachable, friendly and professional
Responsibilities
- Deliver and serve guests prepared meals and culinary offerings
- Keep water glasses filled and tables clean
- Assist in setting up for events and banquets, as needed
- Assist with post-event services including breakdown and cleaning
