About The Position
We have an opening for seasonal BAR SERVER positions. Location: Saratoga Race Course - 267 Union Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Note: online applications accepted only. Requirements
- Previous bartending experience is required.
- Ability to push and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to:
- The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
- The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.
- The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and cleans serving area.
- Attends to client’s needs.
- Ensures that guest’s needs are met.
- Sets up bar and serves food and beverages at events.
- Maintains friendly demeanor when interacting with and serving customers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
