About The Position
Mill Street Residence is an assisted living community where employees make a difference in housekeeping, dining services, home care, maintenance, activities, and front office roles. They strive to provide the highest level of quality care to the seniors they serve. At Mill Street, they treat people like family and welcome new employees to join their assisted living community. Breakfast, lunch, and supper are served daily at Mill Street Residence.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.

- Must be dependable and punctual.
Responsibilities
- Setting the dining room for each of the meals and cleaning up afterwards.
- Serving meals according to standards.
- Assisting tenants and guests as soon as they arrive in the dining room.
- Guiding them to tables that are open for seating.
- Assisting tenants and guests with meal selection.
- Maintaining, cleaning and sanitizing areas of the dining room and kitchen.
- Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for tenants' and guests' dining experience.
