About The Position
Chili’s Servers provide hospitable, customized service to Guests and help create a welcoming dining experience. They learn the menu so they can explain offerings, complete opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. The role requires working some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience is a plus, and applicants must meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to provide a customized experience for every Guest.
