About The Position
Servers provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitality and service consistent with Chili's standards. They create a welcoming experience by providing customized service, learning the menu, and working with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. The role includes opening and closing duties and helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment. The position requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available.
Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

- Prior experience is a plus.
