About The Position

Come join our team at Vitalia Solon located at 6050 Kruse Dr, Solon, OH 44139! We are looking for someone (like you) to be a Host with the Most, a Peppy Prepper, a Titan of Tidiness, and an “Appetite Anthropologist.” Arrow Senior Living serves and employs individuals of all faiths, regardless of race, color, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or handicap, except as limited by state and federal law.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Must have a positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prep tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Assist persons after a fall.
