About The Position
Lure Fishbar is an American seafood restaurant serving Chef Preston Clarke's award winning fare, and innovate sushi alongside a spectacular wine list. Lure Fishbar is part of the Mercer Street Hospitality Group’s collection of boutique restaurants. Our other restaurants include Lure Fishbar Chicago, Smyth Tavern, Seahorse, Cha Cha Tang, and Bowery Meat Company. At Lure Fishbar, we are committed to excellence. Requirements
- Two years of serving experience in a casual fine dining, or fine dining environment.
- A guest-first approach to hospitality.
- The ability to anticipate guests’ service needs.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits, and the drive to learn more.
- A positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Micros is a plus.
