About The Position

Chili’s Servers provide Guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and customized service. They learn the menu, explain offerings, complete opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to help ensure Guest satisfaction. Servers contribute to a safe and welcoming environment and must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, growth opportunities, and a team-focused culture. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
• Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
