About The Position

Servers provide hospitable, customized service to Guests and help deliver the Chili's dining experience. They learn the menu to explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment. The role requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
• Have a great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
