About The Position
Real Seafood is a well-established, full-service restaurant concept that has growth opportunities for team members. This front-of-house job for a Food Server / Waiter will focus on guest service / waiting tables, in which you will be expected to provide great customer service. Servers must also interact with co-workers in a friendly and thoughtful manner. The average pay is an estimate based on recent data and depends on schedule availability and flexibility. All tipped team members are paid the tipped minimum wage, plus tips.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year server experience in a full-service restaurant
- Open weekend availability
- Day availability during the week
- Polished professional with an eye for detail
- Willingness to learn and adopt our standards
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service
