About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Vitalia Senior Residences at Strongsville. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $15.00 - $20.00 per hour and a shift schedule of Wednesday - Saturday from 4 pm to 7:30 pm. As a Server, you will be a "Host with the Most," greeting residents, fostering a welcoming environment, and engaging with them. You will also be a "Peppy Prepper," ensuring tables are ready for service and meals are prepared. Additionally, you will be a "Titan of Tidiness," responsible for bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness. We are looking for individuals with a positive and energetic attitude who are at least sixteen years of age, can communicate effectively in English, are comfortable assisting residents with mobility, and are criminally cleared.

Requirements

• At least sixteen (16) years of age
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Active, role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• Criminally cleared

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain
• Foster an environment where residents can connect
• Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware
• Bus tables
• Sweep floors
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
• Assist persons after a fall
