About The Position

Serve food to residents and guests in Maravilla Scottsdale’s in-house fine-dining restaurant. The restaurant offers made-to-order dining with fresh ingredients, fine china, and seasonal and regional menus featuring signature dishes and daily specials. The role is described as a fun, team-oriented job, and the schedule has no late nights. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Training is provided.

Requirements

• Maintain required food handler certifications.

• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
• Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials.
• Write food orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve courses from the kitchen and service bars.
• Clear and reset counters or tables at the conclusion of each course.
• Help keep dining tables, chairs, floors, linens, and serving stations clean, bussed, and stocked.
• Maintain required food handler certifications.
