About The Position

The Server position is based in the concession stand, and essential duty includes alcohol sales. The server must be of legal age with all applicable training permits and licenses to serve alcohol according to state and local laws. This role requires knowledge of and adherence to all laws and legal obligations regarding the serving of alcohol, as well as knowledge of coupons, promotions, and the Regal Crown Club Program. The server will also be responsible for enforcing the MPAA rating system and ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent service techniques, including upselling and suggestive selling. Handling of all monies and merchandise, operating and cleaning concession equipment, and maintaining storerooms and cleaning supplies are also key responsibilities. The position involves knowledge of concession opening/closing procedures, emergency protocols, counterfeit bill detection, and compliance with food safety laws and dress code. Accuracy of cash drawers, inventory, and coupons is essential. The server must also be knowledgeable of correct popper operation and emergency procedures, and abide by all break and meal period laws. Progress towards completion of cast certification programs is required, along with understanding training materials on topics such as sexual harassment and discrimination.

Requirements

  • Abide by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods.
  • Completion of progress towards completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist.
  • Required to read and understand training materials that will cover subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination.
  • Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress towards completion required.
  • Complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate.
  • Complete the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
