About The Position

The Server position is based in the concession stand, and essential duty includes alcohol sales. The server must be of legal age with all applicable training permits and licenses to serve alcohol according to state and local laws. This role requires knowledge of and adherence to all laws and legal obligations regarding the serving of alcohol, as well as knowledge of all coupons and on-going promotions. The server will also be responsible for promoting the Regal Crown Club Program and enforcing the MPAA rating system. Exceptional guest service skills are paramount, along with the ability to handle all monies and merchandise. Responsibilities include operating, preparing, and cleaning all concession-related equipment, proper use of storerooms and cleaning materials, and knowledge of concession opening, closing, and in-between show procedures. The role also demands knowledge of emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures, excellent sales techniques including up selling and suggestive selling, knowledge of counterfeit bill procedures, and compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety laws and dress code. Ensuring guest satisfaction through positive interactions is key. The server will be responsible for the accuracy of cash drawers, inventory, and coupons, and must be knowledgeable of correct popper operation and emergency procedures. Adherence to all federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods is required. Completion of progress towards the cast certification program as a cast member and concessionist is also a requirement, as is the ability to read and understand training materials on topics such as sexual harassment and discrimination.

Requirements
