About The Position
Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Servers to join their team. This role involves interacting with guests, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The pay includes an hourly rate plus tips.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive at their assigned section.
- Inform guests about the meal they will be served.
- Prepare and serve beverages to assigned tables during dinner service.
- Serve standard menu, family style, to each assigned table.
- Provide additional food if requested, as it is all you can eat.
- Understand food allergies and available options.
- Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy.
- Clean the table and section when dinner service is complete.
