About The Position
Join the Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show family as a Gift Shop Attendant. This role involves greeting guests, providing product information, processing transactions using a POS system, stocking and organizing merchandise, and answering questions about the performance. Cross-training for photography duties may be required.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they enter the gift shop and provide information on offered products.
- Operate a POS system to complete accurate transactions, including collecting payment.
- Tag, stock, and organize merchandise in the gift shop.
- Be prepared to answer questions related to the performance.
- Assist with cleaning duties in the gift shop and entrance area as needed.
- Cross-train for photography duties as required.
