About The Position
The Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud is seeking a high-energy, dynamic, and resourceful Merchandise Manager to lead their retail and pre-show operations. This role is responsible for managing the guest's first and last impression, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Train, inspire, and coordinate the team across the gift shop and pre-show areas.
- Work with the Corporate Director of Merchandise to select and procure retail items.
- Manage inventory accuracy and compliance using Clover POS and YellowDog inventory systems.
- Create visually appealing merchandise displays.
- Oversee the bar area, ensuring it is clean, stocked, organized, and promotes seasonal drink features.
- Partner with the photo team and third-party vendor (MagicMemories) to create and sell photo packages.
