About The Position

Salt + Ash is seeking a Server to join their team. The Server will be responsible for maintaining strong knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, adhering to service steps, answering questions, providing recommendations, and creating a positive guest experience. They will also maintain a clean section, monitor food quality, and ensure all items meet Freehand presentation standards. The goal is to provide utmost satisfaction to guests through knowledge, accuracy, and efficiency.

Requirements

High attention to detail
Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment in the same or a similar role
Organizational and multitasking skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
High level of product knowledge including wine and cocktails
Ability to remain calm under pressure
