The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will assist in leading, coaching, and developing the restaurant team, fostering a culture of humility, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. The role involves delivering refined, personalized service, resolving guest concerns, and overseeing daily operations including opening/closing procedures, service flow, reservations, inventory, and compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations. The AGM will also monitor financial performance, support revenue-driving initiatives, partner on staffing and training, and collaborate with culinary and sales teams. Maintaining brand standards, food safety protocols, and loss prevention are key aspects of this position, with the requirement to step in as Manager on Duty when needed.
