Server (Full-Time and Part time) No Late Hours
About The Position
Longhorn Village is seeking to hire full-time and part-time servers. This role is for experienced individuals with a minimum of one or more years of experience in a full-service restaurant, similar Senior Community atmosphere, or Country Club environment. The position offers up to $18 per hour and has the potential to advance to a Lead Server position with an hourly increase based on performance, skill, positive attitude, and dedication. The job requires the ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, which is non-negotiable. Final eligibility for the position includes successfully passing an in-house background and drug screen test. Requirements
- Minimum of one or more year's experience in a full-service restaurant, similar Senior Community atmosphere, or Country Club environment.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including weekends and holidays (Non-negotiable).
- Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol.
- Must be able to read, write and follow written and verbal directions.
- Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and work cooperatively with other associates.
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs to shoulder height.
- Must be able to push 200 lbs on a cart with casters.
- Successfully passing an in-house background and drug screen test.
Nice To Haves
- High school graduate or equivalent, but not necessary.
