About The Position

Stauffer's Cafe is actively hiring experienced line cooks for their busy restaurant. Full and part time hours are available. Applicants with early morning and/or weekend availability will be prioritized. High volume line experience is preferred, but the restaurant is willing to train the right person for the job. A current PC level food handler's permit issued by the Lincoln Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) is required or must be obtained.

Requirements

• Must hold or be willing to obtain a current PC level food handler's permit issued by the Lincoln Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD).
• High volume line experience preferred.
• Willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes and established standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service.
