About The Position
Servers at Chili’s provide guests with food, drinks, and hospitable, customized service. They learn the menu so they can explain offerings, complete opening and closing duties, and work with other team members to support guest satisfaction. Servers help maintain a safe and welcoming environment and must be available for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. The role suits people who take pride in great service and enjoy making guests feel special. Prior experience is a plus.
