About The Position

Chili's bartenders serve food and drinks while creating a lively atmosphere through friendly, attentive hospitality. They provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest, help maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and keep their knowledge of the menu and beverages current. The role requires working effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and supporting both Guests and Team Members.

Requirements

• Meet the minimum age requirement for the position in the local area.
• Have a positive, outgoing attitude and a genuine desire to exceed Guest expectations.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Be able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
• Be a team player.
