About The Position

Quail Ridge, a private country club, is seeking an experienced, polished, and service-oriented Server to join its Food & Beverage team. The Server provides personalized, elevated dining service to members and their guests, building relationships and anticipating needs while maintaining the professionalism and attention to detail expected in a private club. The role calls for a warm, welcoming approach and a commitment to creating memorable experiences.

Requirements

At least 1–2 years of serving experience in upscale dining, fine dining, a private club, a hotel, or a high-end hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of professional dining room service and hospitality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop genuine relationships with members and guests.
Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to remain calm, gracious, and solution-oriented under pressure.
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

Provide professional, attentive, and personalized service to members and their guests.
Maintain strong knowledge of food, beverages, menus, daily features, and service standards.
Anticipate member needs and consistently exceed expectations.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with culinary and service teams.
Maintain attention to detail throughout the dining experience.
Set, maintain, and reset tables and service areas according to club standards.
Deliver food and beverages with proper presentation and timing.
Work with servers, bartenders, culinary team members, captains, and management to provide seamless service.
Handle member requests, concerns, and special occasions professionally and discreetly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and polished appearance and service environment.
Follow club policies, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol-service requirements.
Support a positive team culture and fellow team members during busy periods.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when interacting with members and guests.
