About The Position
Servers provide guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and customized service in a fast-paced, high-volume casual dining environment. The role includes learning the menu, completing opening and closing duties, collaborating with team members, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming restaurant. The position requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules.
