Responsibilities
- Deliver refined and attentive table service in a casual fine dining atmosphere
- Executive full-service wine presentation and recommend pairings with the menu
- Maintain deep knowledge of menu items and potential allergens
- Accurately take orders and course them properly in the POS
- Anticipate guest needs and develop relationships within the community
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a seamless service
- Be aware of guest satisfaction and relay any concerns to management
