About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is looking for a Server to join our team at Holliday Farms located at 11143 Ambrose Lane, Zionsville, IN 46077. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $18 - $20.50 per hour. The shift schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. As a Server, you will be responsible for greeting residents and making them feel welcome, being present in the dining room, mingling, entertaining, and fostering an environment where residents can connect. You will also be responsible for prepping tables, salads, and rolling silverware for successful meal service. Additionally, you will be responsible for bussing tables and sweeping floors to maintain a clean community. You will also communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding residents' dietary habits, appetite changes, and absences from meals.

Requirements

At least sixteen (16) years of age
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
Positive and energetic attitude
Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall
Criminally cleared

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome
Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect
Prep tables for service, salads for the next meal, or rolling silverware
Bus tables
Sweep floors
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals
