About The Position

Servers at Chili's provide hospitable, customized service and help create a welcoming experience for every Guest. They learn the menu, explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. Servers contribute to a safe environment and must be available for some weekend, weekday, and holiday shifts as needed. The role is suited to someone who takes pride in great service, enjoys making people feel special, and can work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

• Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
