About The Position

We are looking for a Server to join our team at Carriage Court Senior Living. This role involves being a welcoming host to residents, preparing tables and meals, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors to maintain the community's appearance.
